No, unlike most of our competitors, we encourage you to develop relationships with third party brokers and salespeople that you can hand off customers to. We find that referrals are far more successful when you personally know and trust the agent that will be working with your customers.
Many competing referral companies try to limit where you can send referrals, either through strict policies, coercion or poorly aligned incentive structures, but this can often result in losing trust which results in losing business.
